OVERVIEW
A product of Nicaragua on a farm called La Carolina, Andres Figueroa Lopez produced this coffee which was awarded the 2015 Cup of Excellence, the most prestigious competition in the coffee industry. The farm is located at the altitude of 1318m with climatic conditions suitable for a high-quality coffee crop harvesting.
TASTING NOTES
This coffee is a Maracaturra variety, which is a cross between Caturra and Maragogipe varieties - the beans are very large and the flavor profile is represented with a clean, fruity notes of lychee, dried apricot and juicy pear, all of which contribute to a lingering after taste.
